Title	Mayor Washington introduces Supercarts
Description	Residents of the 37th Ward came out to greet Mayor Harold Washington as the new "supercarts" were introduced into their neighborhood on October 6, 1986. The "supercarts" are large, black plastic garbage carts which hold up to 90 gallons of trash.
