Description	Mayor Harold Washington was the special guest of Tonti Elementary School on March 20, 1987 for their annual International School Festival. The Festival aimed to celebrate and highlight the multi-ethnic patchwork that makes up Chicago. The students performed national dances, recited poetry, brought in food and wore clothing from their native countries.
