| Description | Looking toward the western entrance of the BP Bridge two days after the Bridge's ribbon cutting ceremony. The two posts in front of the entrance are there to prevent cars or other vehicles from crossing the Bridge. Although it was finished by the time it was dedicated on May 22, 2004, the BP Bridge was not opened to the public until the official opening of Millennium Park on July 16, 2004. |
