DescriptionThe path of the BP Bridge was outlined in rebar, or reinforcing bar, which was later cast in concrete. The orange caps atop the rebar spikes were for worker safety. A temporary wooden shed blocks part of the BP Bridge's projected path. The Michigan Avenue street wall is visible in the background.
