DescriptionWorkmen are seen here pouring concrete into formwork for the retaining wall of Crown Fountain's reservoir. The reflecting pool is 232 feet long by 48 feet wide and the reservoir below serves to gather the water from the fountain and to keep the reflecting pool covered in ¼ of an inch of water.
