Description	The weight limits of the reflecting pool's pedestals are tested with specialized equipment. On the finished fountain, the pedestals support the weight of the reflecting pool's black granite tiles from below. The pool of water goes all the way to the bottom of the pedestal with only an eighth of an inch of water visible atop the granite.
