| Description | A model of the 26 feet high sculpture of a vintage baseball glove that sits in the fan lot of AT&T Park in San Francisco, home of the San Francisco Giants. A photograph within the photograph shows the sculpture of the glove being transported by boat. The sculpture was fabricated by Performance Structures Inc. (PSI). PSI also fabricated Cloud Gate at their facilities in Oakland, California, where this photograph was taken. Anish Kapoor awarded PSI the contract for the then unnamed sculpture after viewing samples from three fabricators and determining PSI's sample to be the best. |
